Dr Arjun Khara is a distinguished Associate Professor in Communication, Information, and Digital Design and a Deputy Head of School at the University of Leeds, School of Design. Dr Khara is also the programme leader of the BA in Art and Design. His educational focus bridges ethics, fairness, and technology in design, grounded in his doctoral work at the University of Reading, where he developed the pioneering model of ‘Fairness Design’ to address equity in digital government forms and applications.
